Thus, starting early gives you a head start! The accumulated knowledge, know-how and results keeps compounding as time passes by, making the benefits of having started early ever greater.

I've spent several years carefully curating some of best speeches in history, so you don't have to.

The speech “Creativity in Management” was delivered by John Cleese to Video Arts in 1991. In his lecture-style presentation, John Cleese claims that creativity is not a special talent. People are either in an “open” or “closed” state of mind. The closed mode enables people to apply themselves to tasks with vigor and concentration, while the open mode is more relaxed and conducive to creative thinking.

Cleese talks about how leaders can induce an open mode in their team members and establish confidence in them to accept that in creative work there will be a succession of seemingly crazy connections, “Intermediate Impossibles”, before a new meaningful connection occurs.
